What is your return policy? 
Our 90-Day, Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee means that if for any reason (or no reason) you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase from us, you may return the product in its original condition and receive a prompt and courteous full-refund (less shipping charges), no questions asked. Orders canceled while shipment is in transit will be subject to shipping charges.

There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items.

How do I return a product?
If you are dissatisfied with any product, please email or call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-363-8834 within 90 days of the shipment date to receive authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Unopened boxes can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. All items returned must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging and have the RMA number on the original invoice. Products must be shipped back to Mayne at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

How long will it take for you to ship my product? 
We are usually able to ship product within 3 to 5 business day.

When can I expect my product? 
Once the product has shipped,UPS transit times vary between 5-10 business days.

Will you provide me with a tracking number? 
Tracking numbers will be provided upon request.

Is your online ordering system secure? 
We use the most current technology to guarantee that your order will be processed as securely as possible.

What if my product arrives damaged? 
If your product arrives seriously damaged, please refuse shipment from UPS and call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-363-8834. We will immediately ship another package out to you. If you sign for your product and find damaged or missing components, we will replace them immediately; free of charge. Photo verification may be required.

How difficult will my product be to assemble? 
Assembly time depends on the mail post and the person assembling. All mail posts come with detailed instructions and technical support to help assemble.

I only received one box, and it was labeled “Box 1 of 2”.What should I do? 
Although UPS usually keeps the packages together, occasionally the boxes will get separated. Most of the time the box will be delivered the next day. Tracking numbers for additional boxes may be provided by request by contacting our customer service department.

How heavy will the boxes be? 
The boxes vary in weight between 5 and 15lbs. In our experiences with UPS, the driver is usually very helpful in placing the boxes where you want them.
